| Description: | Playing this deck in a tournament later today. Haven't seen anyone
post a Brandywine loop deck yet, although I know it's been discussed. In
case it isn't obvious, Rachel gets a Homonculus and then untaps every turn and acts via the Madness Network. The core of the deck is Kindred
Spirits, so that's the main pool gain, although she can hunt for two each turn once she gets the feeding razor. I'm making a serious attempt to defend the MN with 2nd's and Earth Melds, but I've included enough in the deck that I can let it go and play another one from time to time. Masters were just too tight to make this more reliable, but there is the possibility for
massive hand-tuning with Fragment/Barrens/Dreams and her special. As
usual, this is an eighty card deck; if I took it up to ninety I'd add
a few more votes (Parity Shift), and pad the Rotschreck angle a little
better. As it is, I feel like I get more benefit from the tighter ratios. |
