Tegyrius merges up, with assist from tech. Call Anathemas, preferably on prey. 
Croc Tongue when blocked, then Thin Blood in combat, followed by 2 hand. 
Should be 4 blood they can't get around, and 2 more from hands. Or maybe 
you Majesty out, or Blur. Sidekicks are Tatiana and Rake, both of whom have 
PRE and assorted other compatibilities, and Sheila, who's Tegyrius's main 
squeeze, clearly. So, pulse up, bully forward, and vaporize your prey's 
anathema'd blockers as he tries to stop you. The rush is all Contract masters 
(so there's not a lot of it, and part of why I emphasize throwing them forward). 
The other part of the vote module is pure weenie defense. That's a metagame 
thing, but you could drop in whatever else you wanted (like 4 Parity Shifts, 
hubba hubba). Defense isn't bad, with plenty of untap effects in the deck. 
I decided I didn't want to run bounce, just for the hell of it. I'll probably 
pay for it, but in return I can hit +4 intercept with some reliability. 
Hopefully there will be Anathemas popping off, and I can soak a certain 
amount of aggression via bloat.

Also note that there might be the core of an Assamite Trophy deck here....
